VISIBILITY OF THE SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION OF THE PROFESSIONALS OF PHYSICAL CULTURE (PERIOD 2012-2016)

Abstract

The investigation evidences the results of a diagnostic of the scientific production generated in the faculty of Physical Culture of Holguín's University in 2012-2016's period, from the perspective of the visibility of the scientific articles. They examine metric indicators that they allowed to quantify the presence of the professionals in journal indexed in bases of data and directories authorized by the Ministry of Education in Cuba. The results evidence the existent limitations on the subject of visibility and the insufficient institutional strategies to favor their increment.
