Meditate on the phases of the process of sport selection: a perspective from the cuban context

Abstract

In el present work the fundamental purpose is guided to offer some reflections that they can contribute to elucidate certain queries around the problem related with the diverse and varied forms of structuring the process of selection deportiva, next it will be valued with critical sense many of these proposals and it will be tried to systematize the most widespread experiences in una it forms the most coherent thing possible from the perspective of the Cuban context, for that which you/they have been employees different theoretical methods of investigation; being arrived to the proposal of a series of logical phases for the realization of this important activity.
