The formation of professional competences in leaders of the Ecuatorian Sport System from science and technology

Abstract

The formation of competences in sports leaders today must be addressed in accordance with the requirements that the medium needs or requires. This paper addresses a problem in the context of the management of sports leaders in the province of Manabí in Ecuador, confirming a group of shortcomings that limit the direction of the main leaders at the cantonal level.
