The physical focus- preventive in the attention to the pregnant ones with arterial hypertension
Abstract
In the process of pregnancy there are alterations and modifications that lead to the emergence of risks and diseases such as the intervention of a chronic noncommunicable disease called Hypertension, which affects both hypertensive women and those who have risks of suffering from it, and this causes different forms of care that are not always the most effective generally these attentions are based on physical rest, neglecting the preventive and educational work. The present investigation is a diagnostic study that revealed insufficiencies in the prophylactic treatment with hypertensive pregnant women or prone to suffer from this disease, for which reason we propose ourselves as a scientific problem. How to contribute to the prevention of arterial hypertension in pregnant women? The scientific novelty of the research lies in the study of arterial hypertension in pregnant women from the risks, changes they suffer during pregnancy, the social contexts where they develop, criteria that allow addressing this social problem from a preventive approach aimed at the education of the patients. On this basis, it is proposed to characterize the preventive treatment in the care of pregnant women with arterial hypertension, from the insufficient knowledge about the actions and educational routes to guide a prophylactic work in pregnant women. These criteria are based on a factual diagnosis from the application of participant observations, interviews and surveys, which allowed sustaining the treatment of hypertension in pregnant women with a systemic, integrative and participatory approach.
