ALTERNATIVES TO GUIDE THE THEORETICAL PREPARATION IN HANDBALL PLAYERS AT SUPERIOR SCHOOL OF ATHLETIC IMPROVEMENT PROVINCIAL DE HOLGUÍN

Abstract

The investigative interest that moves as is led towards the sporting teaching, mainly to the theoretical and intellectual preparation. Above all, it analyzes the amount of theoretical knowledge of handballs basic elements in junior athletes from ESPA â€Comandante Manuel Fajardo†in the province of Holguin; targeted to work out alternatives oriented to lead the theoretical preparation to improved competitive results. For the realization of this investigation we used theoretical, empirical and mathematic-statistic methods that allowed us to give solution to the question we posed that made as present the strategy and obtain a result. All these criteria enabled us to reach precise conclusions that throw light necessity of working out our alternatives as well as proving that there are difficulties on theoretical knowledge about Handball.
