I STUDY OF THE CAPACITIES OF REACTION OF ATHLETES DE TAEK-WON DO OF THE PROVINCIAL SUPERIOR SCHOOL OF ATHLETIC IMPROVEMENT IN THE STAGE OF SPECIAL PREPARATION
Abstract
This work approaches the study of the application of the reactions of the students of Taek Won Do of the provincial ESPA of Guantánamo, during the trainings and the competitions, through the observation of the classes that the trainers impart in the stage of special preparation. For the execution of this work classes and trainings were observed, to check the application of the reaction exercises and as responding from a quick and effective way to the opponent's attacks. The same east dedicated to value in the athletes of the sport investigation reason, like they react before stimuli taken place by the opponent, one observes that difficulties are not presented in the moment to choose and to select the appropriate form to respond to a I stimulate. This this abalado for the results obtained in our investigation, since exists a variability and initiative in the selection of the exercises; bringing this as a result that the athletes present a correct relationship among the exercises applied for the improvement of this capacity and the setting in he/she practices in the competition. We should point out that for the analysis of the results we use squares where they are reflected these during the work of the athletes in the stage of special preparation. Inside the interview technique, we use a questionnaire of standardized questions that you applies the athletes to gather the diverse qualitative approaches related with the individual characteristics of the athletes, as for the encuata, they applied it to him several questions to value each fellow's qualitative approach, where alone they will be been able to point out three for each one of them.
