DIFFERENTIATED METHODOLOGY OF THE MASAJE NEUROREFLEJO AND THE KINESITERAPIA IN THE TREATMENT OF PATIENT WITH VERTEBRAL ALGIAS
Abstract
In the works the results obtained with treatment of segmentary massage in reflex areas and kinesiterapy in carried patients of cervicobrachial, low back pain and acute and chronic lumbociatalgia. It was validated the scheme of proposed therapy by author of research in 200 patients that show these afections and had received other therapy with drugs and physioterapeutic without satisfactory results. The technics of treatment used was the conective tissue modified by the author and applied over tension lines of conjuntiva of the skin, the manipulation of subcutaneous cell tissue, muscles and periosteum. In all cases was obtained remove the hyperesthesia and hyperalgesia in the areas correspondent to affected dermatoma. The pain disappeared in 98 % of patients, the alterations of conective tissue, muscular and skin, disappeared in 95 % of patients after octave session of therapy. The motor and kinetic functions were re-established more quick in acute patients. The 98 % of cases with afections were re-established. The satisfactory evolution of patients was significative for P<0.01. Â
