Strategic decision system for the tactical preparation of sports teams in football (14-15 years)
Abstract
The research aims to implement the strategic decision system for the tactical preparation of sports teams in football (14-15 years). The scientific method were analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, systemic- structural-functional, observation, documentary review, specialists´ criterion and pre-experimentation. The descriptive statistic were frequency analysis, mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation; and the inferential statistic, Kendall W test y Wilcoxon signed-rank test, both with 0,05 of signification level. The sample was the provincial team of Santiago de Cuba. The strategic decision system for the tactical preparation of sports teams in football (14-15 years) was elaborate based on the dialectic relation between the learning of collective tactical and the tactical organization mediated for the game tactical model. The instrumentation was trough of the stage collective visualization, practical systematization and competitive contextualization. The agreement of the criterions issued for the specialists and the different of result between pretest and posttest, both with a signification below to 0.05, allowed to assess of feasible and relevant to the strategic decision system used.
