SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL COMPETITIONS IN PRACTICE OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE CARRERA LICENCIATURA IN PHYSICAL CULTURE
Abstract
The work approaches the activity of the professional formation, guided to unwrap processes of teaching learning, with the purpose of facilitating qualified workers that they can assist the managerial demands for the human resources. It has been guided, recently, to the incorporation of the focus of labor competition. The competition is a general concept that contains the capacity to use its abilities and its knowledge inside of the new situations to the interior of its professional field. It integrates the organization and the planning of the work, the innovation and the capacity equally of adapting to non accustomed activities, finally, it includes the necessary personal qualities to act efficiently with the colleagues, the address and the clients. To work in the development of Specific Professional Competitions in the students that are developing the Investigative Labor Practice, of Physical Education of 2do and 3er year, a material was elaborated based on a carried out diagnosis. Surveys were applied to the students and interviews to the advisers and tutors, the opinion of the users understands important methodological aspects for the advisers, tutors and students, as well as of the organization process and evaluation. The investigation contains the essential theoretical knowledge for, through the practice, to work the formation of a professional of the competent Physical Culture and to use it as support material for the subject Theory and Methodology of the Physical Education.
