Abstract

The training of coordinative capacities in young football players is necessary for them to dominate and develop certain factors that allow them to perform the actions with the greatest possible success. Football, like all acyclic sports, has a great variation of movements and, at the same time, imbalance and temporo-spatial disorientation. In this sense, the development of the orientation capacity in football is of great importance because it makes it possible to determine the position and movements of the body in space and time, in relation to a defined field of action and / or an object of movement. In the present work the theoretical and methodological foundations that support the development of the orientation capacity in the football players of 12-14 years are systematized, a relevant aspect in the process of contemporary football sports training.
