Abstract

The investigation leaves of the inadequacies detected in the process of preparation of the force, in the Basketball in wheel seats, superior extremities and superior back, this it is decisive in the effectiveness of the shot to the hoop and the stroke in the game. He/she has as objective to design a system of exercises for the training of the force in the superior train of athletes in the Basketball in seats of wheel of the inclusive club ESPOCH and the club you Walk them of the city of Riobamba. With the application of the different methods of the empiric level the survey, the observation as well as the theoretical ones analytic - synthetic, inductive - deductive among others they allowed to determine the state in that he/she was the level of the athletes' preparation at the same time as for the force of the arms and back to determine the theoretical foundations that sustain the system of exercises. It offers a methodological support that will allow the trainers redimensionar the steps to continue in the determination of the objectives for the stage, programming of the address of training, selection of integrated exercises, as well as the control of the load of training.
