Abstract

The investigation approaches the proposal of complex of exercises, related with the characteristics of the exercises of the Aerobic Gymnastics, guided to improve the execution of the displacements and blows in the boxing training during the development of the general preparation as guarantee of the physical preparation and the boxers' technique. An initial diagnosis was made that facilitated the author the identification of the outlined problem. The applied scientific methods facilitated the obtaining of the main elements for the elaboration of the proposal. As fundamental results they stand out the identification of the athletes with the carried out exercises, as well as the improvement in the execution of the technical actions. Among the fundamental conclusions they stand out that the general preparation was made through traditional exercises of this sport where the inclusion of other movements that you/they allowed the improvement in the coordination of legs and arms didn't exist. It was possible to increase the participation of the athletes in the training being proven a bigger motivation, consequence of the complexes of exercises of the applied aerobic gymnastics.
