Abstract

Cardiovascular diseases are some of the most prevalent and prevalent worldwide, where Colombia is no stranger and therefore has drawn up a comprehensive health route that addresses this issue. It has allowed the look of different researchers of the subject from various edges of science. Corresponding to the habits and lifestyles of cities with a high degree of mobility, the use of physical activity is more frequently necessary for the purpose of prevention. So in this article we reflect on the theoretical and methodological elements that support physical activity in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
