The Professional Research Overcoming: a Challenge for Athletics Coaches
Abstract
The objective of the study was aimed at promoting coordination in the research training of the athletics coach from his professional practice. To achieve these results, theoretical methods were applied, which supported the research and, in turn, determine the epistemological and practice bases of the process followed, in order to achieve an approach to this reality. Essentially, the ideas stated by Afanasiev (1981), Cápiro (2005), Lomov (1989) and Ramos (2015) were addressed. Consequently, coordination stands out as an expression of the connections that constitute manifestations of the system approach, where the conjunction of participating cooperative actions during their development is revealed. On the one hand a teaching treatment based on coordination is the opportunity to achieve harmony between the researchers, the athletics trainers and the athletes; and on the other, between the coaches and the scientific inquiry that will be managed in the texts or sources of information. All this is achieved from the orientations and situations that arise.
