Soccer Team Organization

Abstract

To analyze the 14-15-year-old soccer teams´ organizational limitations from Santiago de Cuba it was designed a decision-making procedure system, held in the mediation of the game model between the tactics´ learning process and the tactical team behavior. The research was structured in three stages: group inquiries, practical systematization, and competitive contextualization. Data processing was accomplished through the use of mathematical methods like frequency analysis, arithmetic average, typical deviation, and coefficient variation; also the contrast statistical H of Kruskal-Wallis, W of Kendall, Wilcoxon signed-level test, and U of Mann Whitney. The difference among the obtained results in both measuring instruments stated the feasibility and functions of the decision-making procedure system when organizing the soccer team.
