ALTERNATIVE THERAPY FOR SACRED CHRONIC LUMBALGIA TREATMEN

Abstract

This work approaches an investigation of 10 patients with Sacrolumbalgia chronicle, 5 women and 5 men to those that were applied during 8 months a rehabilitative treatment based on exercises physical tonic, 3 times a week and massage 2 times a week. It was used to check effectiveness in a test of mobility to articulate before beginning the rehabilitation and another at the end, being compared the results. A survey was also applied all the patients to know its approaches on the treatment, with that which was prevent that 100% of the sample had improvements, reason why is recommended the application of these exercises and massages to people affected with this syndrome, whenever they take in consideration the individual particularities.
