SPECIFIC NORMS FOR THE EVALUATION OF THE STATURE OF BOXERS OF THE INFANTILE CATEGORY OF THE COUNTY DE HOLGUÍN

Abstract

The present work approaches an excellent problem in the selection and preparation of the sport reservations of the sport boxing of the county Holguín, starting from the nonexistence of norms for the evaluation antropométrica of the infantile boxers that you/they understand the ages of 9 and 10 years. It was traced as objective to make norms for the evaluation of the Index Ponderal (Talla/peso) and the stature for each division of corporal weight in the infantile category of the territory, taking like sustenance the characterization of the different variables of the somatotipo in the boxers holguineros of infantile category (9-10 years) and the evaluation of the relationship of the characteristic somatotípicas with the specific sport result. The obtained results allowed to give exact execution to the outlined objectives and to emit the pertinent recommendations for their immediate practical application.
