EXPERIENCE IN THE USE OF THE MASSAGE REFLEXOLÓGICO PODAL IN THE TREATMENT OF BIGGER ADULTS HIPERTENSOS

Abstract

Keeping in mind the high percentage of adults bigger payees of arterial hypertension in the county The Tunas and in other areas of the country and of their high incidence in the world population, presently work is presented an experience based on the application of the massage reflexológico podal in adults bigger hipertensos in the community of Calixto The Tunas. The obtained results show a high effectiveness in the therapy also applied with the subject study objects who were trained, for the teaching from this technique to children, young and to the family and this way to contribute to the gain of their quality of life.
