This article addresses in an objective way some experience in references to the incidence of physical sports management as a way for the integral educational development of students in the Holguín Medical University. The theme refers to experiences and recommendations that contribute to eliminate the shortcomings that flourish in the strategic development provisions for the context indicated, taking into account the pedagogical nature of the process, as well as the regularities for the organization of activities and its influence on the educational potential of the medical student.
