Abstract

The achievement of the active participation of the student in the evaluation process constitutes a priority of many educational systems worldwide in the current moments; hence, it becomes necessary to count on a teaching conception that facilitates the active participation of the student in the construction of his knowledge and evaluation, as well as in that of his partners. The work starts from the inadequacies detected in the active participation of the students in the evaluation process in the classes of Physical Education in the first year of the major degree of Nursing, within the educational department of Medical Sciences of Gibara. In correspondence with it, the objective was aimed at the application of didactic actions for the development of the self and mutual evaluation. The use of different methods and technics of research such as the observation, the pre-experiment, analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, historical-logical, system approach, interview, survey and statistics, propitiated the obtaining of important results related with the behavior of the evaluation before and during the application of the didactic actions. It propitiated that the students were able to form judgments on their own behavior and that of their partners, thus producing a favorable impact in their formation and integral evaluation.
