Abstract

The aim of this research work is to give an answer to the scientific and investigative area from the Sports University ; to design strategies to develop a real manege to get results at  the scientific and investigative field. These strategies have a theoretic fundamentation which had been applied at the Universities during several years. The model that is proposed by the anthors allow to have better results in the investigative field of the Sports Universities.
