Preventing Suicidal Behavior during COVID-19 Pandemic through Physical Exercises

In late 2019 and early 2020, the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV 2 has changed the world in a political, economic, and social way. This epidemiology catastrophe has also caused human psychological side effects. One of the most vulnerable groups is that of teenagers. Cuba presents a high suicide rate nowadays, increased in this period; the reason why researchers and scientists seek new alternatives and solutions. One of them is practicing exercises at home to decrease stress effects in the family caused by social distance as a preventive measure. This work aims at helping people, mainly teenagers, through practicing exercises. The empirical methods document review, observation, interviews, and surveys were essential in the research.
