PROPOSAL OF A PROGRAM OF AEROBIC PHYSICAL EXERCISES TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE TO PATIENTS DIABETIC TYPE I

Abstract

It was carried out a study preexperimental that had as universe ten patients diabetic type I (dependent insuline), belonging to “Alcides Pinoâ€, health area in Holguín municipality, during a period of time of nine months from January to September of the year 2005. For their selection one kept in mind the age, understood among 26 to 31 years and that they expressed their will of participating in the study, patients didnt present characteristics: premiere of the illness less than five years, not to present other pathologies neither complications to this the group that the same ones didn't carry out physical exercises with sistematically and they were compensated metabolically, with the objective of evaluating the repercussion of the program of aerobic physical exercises in the metabolic control of their illness. For the analysis and interpretation of the results we use the empiric methods: observation, mensuration, and experiment and the statistical ones: descriptive Statistic, Dócima Wilcoxon, Dócima of Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Dócima of differences of samples clerks' stockings. The author of this research realized as a result that as the loads of training the glucemia figures and glucosuria were increased they diminished or they were stabilized, the same as the doses of insulin, heart frequency and the corporal weight.
