PROPOSAL OF THE PROGRAM OF EMERGENT FORMATION FOR PAYMASTERS IN THE SPECIALTY DE TAEKWONDO

Abstract

Presently work is carried out a proposal of the program of emergent formation for the paymasters in the taekwondo specialty. Was carried out leaning of a deep bibliographical revision what facilitated us to know aspects on the sportsman's preparation, in the same one intends to be carried out a teaching program and learning of the theoretical and practical contents in acting of the trainer of base taekwondo, for the validation of this program, we use the survey with the objective of valuing the approaches of specialists on the necessary thematic plans for the abilities and specific contents of the sport in the teórico, técnico, físico and psychological ,truisms in bill in the elaboration of the program to propitiate the width of knowledge in the sport culture in the students, on the base of elements that you/they distinguish our sport, being kept in mind the biological, social, pedagogic, economic, historical, political and ideological and environmental foundations that determine the development of the Physical Culture with a consequent revolutionary ethical posture with the principles of our project s  social project.. Analysing the results reached in the valuation of the program starting from the given approaches, it is considered that it is possible to take it to the practice for. To prepare the trainers where they demonstrate their indispensable theoretical and methodological knowledge to channel their work in the base.
