The follow-up and individual observation of the athlete concerning his necessities allow specific training to improve the conditional and coordinative physical capacities according to the demands and factors determining the competitive exercise performance. It is essential to know the laterality genetic patterns and the eye-hand, and eye-foot relations to consider these morpho-functional aspects in the individual process. The present research characterizes the laterality patterns, or predominant motor part, in the national women´s foil team to improve their sports training. A sample of 10 athletes from the national foil team was selected. Theoretical and empirical methods were used. Measuring was used from the laterality test stated by Sánchez et al. (2021). Characterizing the foil athletes´ eye-hand pattern demonstrated that eight athletes are homogeneous, while two are cross. This study will improve individual sports training according to the genetic motor potentials and weaknesses.
