Abstract

The preparation for employment of Physical Culture professionals constitutes a fundamental element as a guarantor of the continuous training process. This article offers some requirements for its achievement, based on the different modes of action of this professional with a broad profile. In this sense, they used methods of the theoretical and empirical level, which allowed interpreting facts and data, as well as systematizing the information, from which shortcomings were found in the conception of this stage of continuous training in the governing documents of the career, as well as in the current Study Plan "E". The demands that are proposed favor lifelong learning. On the other hand, they allow the acquisition of the skills required in the labor market.
