Abstract

The present research is about a theme of strategic planification at a Faculty Physic Culture. Taking into account the necessity of the professionalÂ´s development in their sphere of performance based on a given model applied in other cuban and foreing SEC and taking into account its different parts we carried out a given research explaining some tools to define the general points of view to follow which are objective, politic, strategic, indicators, and action programs we must follow in the applying of the Strategic Plan in this field of the institutional structure of the SEC investigated. Â
