Diagnosis of healthy Physical Condition to students of the degree in Physical culture
Keywords:
physical activity; physical exercise; physical condition; healthy physical conditionAbstract
Physical activity and physical condition have been, throughout history, two polysemic terms, where dissimilar authors have approached both words from different perspectives and experiences. The practice of regular physical exercise in young people improves the quality of life and reduces the risks of having non-communicable diseases over the years. At the "Manuel Fajardo" University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences, according to their study plan, they have included the practice of sports where they keep students active, contributing to their healthy physical condition. The objective of this research work is to diagnose the healthy physical condition of the 4th year students of the "Manuel Fajardo" University of Physical Culture and Sports Sciences. The type of study is non-experimental descriptive cross-sectional and the methods used within the theoretical ones are the synthetic analytical, in the empirical methods the analytical documentary, the survey and the tests and in the mathematical statistical methods the descriptive statistics. With the completion of the research, it was found that the students in the 6-minute test, 80% were left with low levels of cardiovascular resistance, quite the opposite with the IPAQ survey where 77.5% of the students analyzed were among high and moderate and as for the Apnea Test in Expiration 100% of the sample and in Inspiration more than 50% obtained results below the range in which they should be.
