Decision-making procedure in sport at the base

Abstract

The research group, Optimal sports physical performance, belonging to the Sports Theory and Practice Department, of the Faculty of Physical Culture of the Universidad de Oriente, in the interest of achieving improvements in the results and preparation of athletes, knowing the diagnosis of the technological demands and improvement of the Provincial Sports Directorate of Santiago de Cuba, developed this research, with the objective of validating the proposal of a decision-making procedure, as a theoretical methodological basis in the solution of insufficiencies of managers, coaches sports and athletes in the base link. The main results are related to the foundation of the procedure, its validation and its possible benefits, through the achievement of continuous improvements, supported by the training of decision-making in tactical preparation for athletes, the training of managers and coaches, as well as professors of the Faculty.
