Abstract

Within the Educational system, from first grade, there are elements belonging to athletics in the physical education lessons, which are taught and evaluated by the very professors of that subject due to the characteristics of athletics in sufficient domain of its rules, by the teachers of physical Education, has noticed. Which partially limits the quality of the lesson while elements of sport are taught. In our work, an upgrading program in which combines refereeing elements of athletics. It was done based on the elements taught in the elements taught in the lesson and the I.A.A.F. Rules
