PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE WARM-UP IN FIFTH GRADE PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS VSING TEACHING STYLES

Abstract

The warm-up as one of the most important parts in phsical education lesson has been a work object of many authors, however they have insisted a lot  in the phisiological  and metodological aspects which evidences that not always the motivationaland afective aspects of students have been taken in to account. In this sence our investigation deals with the problem whit a updated approach where the student plays the main role in the teaching-learning process. For the study we took the fifth grade  of Dalkis Sanchez elementary scool as reference giving a proposal of activities using the teaching styles to potenciate the schoolarship participation in the warm-up,executing a diagnose inthe first stage through observation,interviews and others in the lessons to make a pedagogical intervention with proposals to validate our work, by getting to the conclussion that students participate actively during the lessons in which the experience was aplied.
