The sports coach and the socio-inclusive life project of athletes

The article provides an analysis of the role of the coach who works in the sports teams, which becomes the fundamental challenge for the demands and changes in the modes of action of this in the training spaces if the role in the training is taken into account. future projection of the athlete. In this process, mediation has its place in the creation and monitoring of the athlete's life project from a socio-inclusive perspective; the end results the athlete in sport. From these perspectives, a theoretical analysis is made that weighs the value that is given to the realization of life projects by athletes and that requires the performance of the coach. The analysis shows the theoretical systematization carried out through specialized bibliographic consultations in the sports sphere, which stand out from the work in sports teams where sports initiation takes place.
