TEN WISHES METHOD COMPARATIVE STUDY IN HOLGUIN FOOTBALL TEAM

Abstract

A comparative study is carred out jollowing G. Ucha F.(1987 ) way of the ten wishes method by Glez Sierre D.(1978) the ain is to know how real themethad is while gathering information related to sports, needs, addressed motives, and subjective regards (direct omes). It is also searched for need/ s content and personality direction os well system of determinative motives and its guidance. In order to accomplish the study, eighteen football players were selected from holguih football team. The most effective results that were found to sports , were determined through out G. Ucha F. way. tlus way allows being precise in key areas of football plyer/ s motivational fierds by comparing obtained data to sujet behaviour in both training and competition.
