TAEKWONDO AN ALTERNATIVE IN THE COMUNITY HEALTHY RECREATION SANE

Abstract

This research is the result of what we detected in Armando Mestre community regarding the difficulties in the conception of activities with  the objective to recreate children and teenagers. Because of that we carried out  a deep studies and designed  a methodological alternative based on the basic principles of  taekwondo to solve these difficulties. Diferent methods were applied through which all the problems  arose. The alternative  created can be applied  in any context.
