Covid-19 is a disease whose transmission is carried out without distinction of age, sex or gender. In Cuba, although there was an alarming spread of it, thanks to technological scientific advances it was possible to counteract it without facing greater evils. Covid-19 causes the exacerbation of chronic symptoms in patients with underlying diseases, such as fibromyalgia, which makes possible the deterioration of the patient's quality of life. Based on what has been stated in this research, it is intended to propose a set of therapeutic physical exercises to improve fatigue in post-Covid-19 fibromyalgic patients from the rural community of San Andrés in the municipality of Holguín. The selected therapeutic exercises were outlined by several experts on the subject; by taking into consideration the characteristics of the defined rural community. It was understood to arrange these exercises at the discretion of specialists, which used the consensus technique; nominal group. Once evaluated by them, it was known that they were relevant and applicable both for post-Covid-19 fibromyalgic patients and in the selected context.
