Exercises for the resistance to velocity in especial preparation of juvenile’s tennis players
Abstract
This article base like terminus a quo the process of workout of velocity resistance, during physical especial preparation in juvenile tennis players of the Club Tenn Surf of Manta, like contribution to the development of sports in Ecuador, from the study of tendencies in its scientific treatment. It is specify the ethoses of workout in the juvenile tennis. This resolve scientific problem: ¿How we contributeto developmentof velocity resistance of tennis players of juvenile category of the Club Tenn Surf of Manta?The objective went to design exercises to contribute to develop velocity resistance in juvenile tennis players of the Club Tenn Surf of Manta, during physical especial preparation, that depart of the diagnosis of it status of development. It are complemented with a plan of workout and a set of methologic recommendations, that conform the practical contribution of investigation.
