Abstract

The present study aims to design didactic actions that benefit the rehabilitation of mastectomized women, from the therapeutic and prophylactic physical culture in the community of El Hoyo belonging to the Teaching Polyclinic "Julian Grimau" of Santiago de Cuba, where the need to provide physical therapeutic care to these women to raise their quality of life is taken into account, by working with inclusive therapeutic physical exercises, Yoga and Tai Chi. From the applied diagnosis and the scientific observation, it was possible to know difficulties at the time of acceptance and reincorporation of these women to the daily life in society. For the realization of this study, methods, techniques and instruments were applied for the diagnosis of the current state of these women: survey, interview, where criteria of inclusion, exclusion, exit and conformity of participation in the study were taken into account.
