The teaching category process: a way to improve the teaching-learning process quality and the continuing training of Physical Culture professionals
Abstract
Professionals continuing training process in Higher Education has a significant role within their life project. Hence, it is necessary revitalizing its development, which, one way or another, will guarantee their success in society. Therefore, the relevance of the research. This article aims at different theoretical aspects regarding the organization of the continuing training of Physical Culture professionals at the University of Guantánamo, which can be used in the conception of a strategy for the overcoming, categorization and the changes of teaching category to increase the continuing training and so the teaching-learning process´ quality. Such strategy is useful for both specialists and professionals for it is a material that can be used for teachers with teaching category or not within the region who are depending on their postgraduate improvement.
