Preparation for teachers aimed at addressing psychophysical diversity from the Theory and Practice of Physical Education discipline

In the educational field, diversity is interpreted as the difference in abilities, cultural origin and individual characteristics. In the present investigation, a methodology is designed to solve the insufficiencies manifested in the attention to the psychophysical diversity of first-year physical culture students, through the discipline of the exercise of the profession Theory and Practice of Physical Education. From the diagnosis carried out, insufficiencies were detected in the treatment of physical abilities and their relationship with the contents of the different subjects that are part of it, which allowed these weaknesses to be addressed individually in classes. The research used methods and techniques of the theoretical and empirical level. The conclusions allow us to know the generalities of the work and the recommendations, how teachers should address this diversity in classes to promote learning with a productive and developmental nature that has an impact on the efficient preparation of future graduates.
