METHODOLOGY FOR THE QUALIFICATION-REHABILITATION OF CHILDREN WITH SEQUELS MOTORBOATS OF THE SPASTIC INFANTILE CEREBRAL PARALYSIS IN THE COMMUNITY
Abstract
One of the serious problems of health that affect the humanity constitutes it the neurological affections. An excellent place inside this group of illnesses represented in the childhood, is the infantile cerebral paralysis, cause of disability for the sequels that settles down after its setting-up. The treatment fisioterápico by means of physical exercises constitutes the medullary element of the therapeutic plan. Habitually these treatments use the bound physical exercise to other therapies. The present work has as objective: To establish a methodology based on swimming exercises in three different mirrors of water for the qualification-rehabilitation in the community of quadriplegic children with sequels motorboats of the spastic Infantile Cerebral Paralysis. The methodology elaborated to enable-rehabilitate the sequels motorboats left in the patient payees of the Infantile Cerebral Paralysis is based on the application of exercises asset and passive. The same one consists of the following stages: I. initial Diagnosis of the state of the patients, II. Proposal of the plan of exercises, III. Application of the plan of exercises on the part of the technician of the community, IV. Systematic evaluation of the results. The initial diagnosis demonstrated that limitations exist in the effectiveness in the traditionally used methods .La proposed methodology, it demonstrated to be effective in those in three mirrors of water employees.
