CONJOIN OF ESPECIAL EXERCISES THE THROW FOR THE BETTER TO DOOR IN SUSPENSION IN THE ATHLETES OF HANDBALL OF CATEGORY 15-16 FEMININE YEARS OF HOLGUÃN'S EIDE
Abstract
Investigation was accomplished in the EIDE Pedro Días Cuello of Holguín, answering to the objective to elaborate a set of exercises that the 15-16 propitiate the improvement of effectiveness in the athletes of category years of handball of the EIDE. Argumented in the behavior of the hanging throw year after year. The obtained results permitted affirming us that our work represents an important contribution in the municipal and provincial space, constituting a fact-finding parameter for them besides categories of both sexes. The controlled aspects to evaluate the throw to hanging door fulfill a fundamental role within the tuitional process, as well as possible individual prognosises and buses within sports our, and not only they are useful for improving the throw to door or to detect accomplishments, but also to detect possible regular customers and his positions. Besides the fact that the quantity of exercises for the improvement of the throw in these athletes was insufficient verified itself, that made a good competitive result and an increase of the aforementioned effectiveness, aspect impossible this that he went for professors's bus of Handball of the EIDE due to the lack of orientation, and soul-searching of the problem appraisedly. This in turn has made possible conforming us a lot of new exercises for these workouts in spite of the fact that right now were existing, so that it can be catalogued of innovative in this age without infringing in orientations metodológicas of the preparation of the sportsman. For what we can affirm the fact that proposed exercises are a fundamental link for the improvement of throws to hanging door for these athletes. Â
