THE EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATION IN THE TRAINER OF SPORT GAMES

Abstract

It is a nowaday and needed theme. It takes into account the importante of communicative education in the development of the pedagogical task of trainers with the objective: Design a theoretical model for the development of communicative education in sports games trainers of EIDE “Pedro Díaz Coelloâ€. Theoretical methods: Analitic – sintetic, Historical-logical, Sistemic- cstructural-funtional, Analysis of documents and Modelation. As empirics observation, surveys, interviews and expert criteria. Furthermore psicologic techniques and mathematic and statistical procedures for the obtention and process of the data.  10 sports games trainers was the selected simple in the scene mentioned above. Main results are within a program which includes the elements of the model and its application shows the effectiveness through the positive changes in the communicative educative behaviour of trainers.
