RESULTS OF MAXIMUM FORCE IN BÁDMINTON PLAYERS CATEGORY 16 – 18 YEARS OF AGE
Abstract
The physical preparation is a component part of the process of sport training which is based in the development of the functional potential of the players. The current control of the variables of the physical preparation and the statistical analysis, was aimed to contribute to the solution of the previously mentioned problem: coaches must possess a methodological preparation for the development of the strength capability in badminton players of 16– 18 years old category, during the phases of accumulation and realization. The sample was integrated by 6 players, who were brought under previously validated identical proofs of maximum force (for hands, trunk and legs),which facilitated: to determine the players´ strength development in every phase of training, and the volume and intensity of the loads. In the current work, the author offers a methodological proposal for the strength development in badminton players depending on the demand characteristics of this sport, she shows the change of the average values of the development attained by levels ,that is to say, a radiograph of the initial diagnose to carry out the training process .Key words. Capacity forces, muscular plane, training phases, load index
