BATTERY OF GENERAL AND SPECIAL EXERCISES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE SPEED FRECUENCIAL OF I KICK OF THE JUVENILE TAEKWONDISTAS

Abstract

This paper addresses the inclusion of a set of general and spatial exercises for training of Taekwondo and its influence on the ability to quickly kicking frequency from the physical point of view. Applying a set of exercises that will serve as a system to be included in the macrocycle of training youth athletes the provincial EIDE Holguin, a sample of 14 female athletes within the ages of 16 and 18 was taken. Variables were applied in the investigation a preliminary analysis was made with specialists, an exercise group as a general development as well as specific technical and tactical nature of development aimed at developing the ability to quickly kicking frequency of athletes, the exercises were planned by mesocycle preparation and according to the type of basic activity. The evaluation system is established based on an appropriate and novel statistical processing.
