METHODOLOGICAL INDICATIONS FOR PERCEPTION OF TIME AND RYTHM IN RYTHMIC GYMNASTICS, PIONEER CATEGORY

Abstract

The development of specialized perceptions plays an outstanding role in the improvement of techniques in the different sport disciplines. For Rythmic Gymnastics perceptions of time and rhythm deserve special attention when referring to music and movements. However, in the syllabus of Integral Fitness of Sportmen for this sport modality all possible actions for favouring their own development are not included. That is why our purpose is to elaborate methodological indications to improve the development of the perceptions of time and rhythm in the pioneer category. In this sense, in the methodology already used, theoretical and practical methods were used such as the survey, observation, a time estimation test, specialists´ criteria, a test for time estimation and specialists´ criteria to elaborate the elaborated proposal. The research already made has as a novelty methodological indications which also include ludic activities so these specialized perceptions would be encouraged. The development of different motrix capacities and other issues related to this sport constitutes a valuable theoretical – practical contribution in the way of methodological indications able to enhance the improvement of fitness programs.
