CONSENSUALED PROGRAMMING AS A METHODOLOGICAL ALTERNATIVE IN UPGRADING ACTIONS

Abstract

This work was made taken into account the necessity determinations of educational overcoming that work in the discipline  of physical education especiality in “Manuel Fajardo†Faculty of Holguín, in order to structure overcoming action sustained in no academical ways of advance education appointed to increase theoretical methodological level of the educationals. That labor in these disciplines.The practical application process was characterized by the use of devided and consensualed programation as a way of elaborating the curriculum contibuting to achieve more motivation among the process actors. The process was conceived with a multiplicinal focus, taking into account, the investigator and educationals criteria, so it was developed in an interactive and communicative atmosphere, thus we have arrived at the conclusion that the foundations for becoming a more qualitative educational teaching process were created,allowing a professional and human approaching between educationals.
