METHODOLOGY FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE ABOVE INTEGRATED PROCESSES IN THE CUBAN MUNICIPAL UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The management of the integrated processes in the cuban municipal university sites has become a topic of vital importance for their improvement and social relevancy, according to the dynamics of the context where they develop their mission; however, they are insufficient the existent theoretical foundations on this thematic and the methodological tools that are applied for their development. The objective of this work was to elaborate a methodology for management of the above integrated processes applying the Integrated Management Projects (DIP) as a management tool. Their application in the FUM of Calixto García municipality in Holguín, allowed to improve fundamental indicators of each process and to satisfy the social demand with a foreseeing and systemic vision, by which the effectiveness of the applied methodology was verified.
