Educational communication in aquatic polo sports coaches.
Abstract
The article refers to the limitations presented by the Water Polo coaches of the "Pedro Díaz Coello" School of Sports Initiation, of Holguín in educational communication. In the solution of the problem a methodology is proposed to enhance the educational communication of the coaches of this sport. For its fulfillment, research methods of the theoretical and empirical level were applied, which allowed to deepen and obtain information of the thematic object of investigation and to specify the diagnosis of the state that presents the educative communication of the coaches, respectively. The proposed methodology was evaluated as pertinent by criteria of specialists for its implementation in the sports training of the Aquatic Pole.
