Series of actions to encourage the students participation during the warming up in the lessons of physical education

Abstract

The article shows a series of actions to encourage the students participation during the warming up in the Physical Education lesson, as a result from a research carried on 7^th graders from "Oscar Ortiz Domínguez" junior high school, in Holguín, making in its initial part a diagnose test by means of surveys, interviews and observations to lesson of our action field, to proceed later with the pedagogical intervention, demonstrating the validity of it, reaching the conclusion that the students participate actively during the lesson in which the experience was applied.
