Abstract

Improving the technique is something that most people look for when swimming, because it depends on the optimization of energy, the fulfillment of goals, and being able to advance training and increase the marks. Technical work in individual sports such as swimming are very important in achieving sporting achievements, therefore, technical perfection is one of the main objectives of training. The crucible is the form of swimming most controlled by its efficiency, speed and comfort, hence the need to improve the training of the technical foundations of the crawl style in swimmers of 10-12 years. Based on the previous elements, the objective of this work is to reflect on the theoretical and methodological budgets that support the training of the technical foundations of the crawl style in swimmers of 10-12 years.
